We use what you send so we can reach the vehicle and quote the job. We do not sell that information.

Who holds the information

Call-out and contact forms

Name, phone, email, postcode, vehicle details, and the note you type are used to dispatch a technician, send you a confirmation, and keep a record of the enquiry. Messages may also be forwarded to the person who is actually coming to you. The legal basis is steps towards a contract, and a legitimate need to answer the enquiry you started.

reCAPTCHA

The quote form loads Google reCAPTCHA when you submit it, to reduce junk requests. Google receives the technical data described in its own privacy policy. We load that script when the form is used, not on every page view.

Google tag and Tag Manager

Every page loads the existing Google tag G-5R8Z91TVX5 and Google Tag Manager container GTM-N77K275. They measure visits and run the tags already configured in that container. Google sets cookies for that measurement. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Google's own privacy policy describes what it receives.

How long, and your requests

Enquiry records are kept long enough to deal with the job, any complaint, and ordinary accounting. Write to info@mobile-tyre-repair.co.uk if you want a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion where we are allowed to delete it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
